The view from the room was fantastic, especially with fireworks in the evening. Waiting for elevators was a pain; sometimes took over 20 minutes. Room service left something to be desired. The on-site entertainment options were nice, but overall, the experience could be better.

The room was spacious, featuring a king bed that guests compared to lying on a cloud. Temperature control was inadequate, as there was no vent in the bedroom area. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with moldy grout and an unclean bathtub. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the dust in the room caused allergy issues, which the housekeeping staff seemed reluctant to address. Although the view was decent, it didn’t match expectations set by photos. the furnishings appeared dated, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Great views of the falls and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast options so close to our room.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but worth it for the memories.

The location is undeniably good—close to attractions and with a great view of the falls. The quick check-in was appreciated. Our two-bedroom suite, however, fell short of expectations. Dusty conditions triggered our child's allergies, and the promised amenities were lackluster. The AC did not cool properly, leading to uncomfortable nights. Maintenance offered no solution, and our room’s upkeep was lacking. Breakfast on the thirty-third floor was excellent, albeit pricey, but this hardly compensated for the issues faced. The parking fees were exorbitant. Unsatisfactory service and an inadequate room experience overshadowed the positives. Improvements in cleanliness and room conditions are essential. A reconsideration of their offerings is necessary.

The view from our room was stunning, perfect for fireworks at night. Check-in took over 30 minutes due to long lines. Plenty of dining and entertainment options, but parking fees were excessive. Overall, a decent stay, but be prepared for elevator waits.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the casino and scenic walks to the falls. The view from our 32nd-floor room was breathtaking, but the check-in process was a mixed bag; one receptionist was unhelpful and we encountered unexpected charges. The pool was overcrowded, with little supervision and no adult-only swims. No towels for all six of us in the room, and the sofa bed was disappointingly uncomfortable. Still, the staff was friendly, and the overall convenience made up for some issues, but the billing chaos and pool management left much to be desired.

Great location and nice view, but too many extra charges for parking and services.

The room was tiny with a loud AC that drowned out the TV. Plus, we had no hot water for two days! It’s frustrating when you pay a premium for such basic amenities.

The indoor swimming pool was a blast and a perfect way to unwind! I loved the spacious room, especially the whirlpool tub after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff made my stay even better with their warm welcomes and helpfulness!
Would recommend! ❤️😊

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our romantic escape. The beautiful view from the room, especially the jacuzzi, added a touch of relaxation to our stay. Plus, the location was convenient, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily.
The room did not meet our expectations as we booked a specific view but ended up with a disappointing one. The staff's lack of accommodation when we raised the issue added to our dissatisfaction.

I really loved the stunning views and the convenient location near food options. The staff were super helpful, and we enjoyed the pool area. That said, the elevators took forever sometimes, and the cleanliness could’ve been better. Plus, we had some issues with our room not being stocked properly.

During my stay, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the American and Canadian Falls, which could be enjoyed right from my king suite, giving me the perfect backdrop for lovely sunsets; plus, the fireworks at night added to the magic! The hotel is ideally situated a few steps from the Fallsview Casino and several incredible restaurants, with everything from cozy cafes to steakhouses all within a short stroll, making it easy to enjoy a full weekend exploring; I also appreciated the indoor connection to the casino and the Starbucks in the lobby for my morning coffee fix. While I had a fantastic experience overall, the elevator service could be improved since it took quite a while to get on during peak hours.

The view from the room is jaw-dropping. The location is super convenient—right near attractions and the casino.
The staff needs a nudge in customer service training.

The Hilton Niagara Falls boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking views and friendly staff. my room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and I experienced issues with room temperature control. Daily housekeeping and more transparent amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Let's start with the good stuff first. The room came equipped with a flat-screen TV which was great for catching up on some shows, and the whirlpool bath was a nice touch for some relaxation. The Spyce Lounge had fantastic food options for vegetarians and vegans, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Anthony from guest services, were friendly and tried to be accommodating. But there were some issues too. The temperature in the room was a big problem - despite efforts to cool it down, it kept getting warmer. The furniture in the room was showing signs of wear and tear, like the saggy bed and uncomfortable sofa bed. The lack of maintenance was evident with things like non-functioning outlets and unreliable WiFi. Plus, the housekeeping service was inconsistent, with missed refills and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. On top of that, the pricing seemed off and caused some confusion during check-in for the additional night. And the parking situation was a headache, with high rates and inconvenient options. The slow and crowded elevators didn't make things any easier either. it felt like the property had potential but fell short in delivering a truly enjoyable experience.

The Galleria Shops are a thrilling experience with one, of, a, kind shopping and dining options. Maple Leaf Place chocolate tasting was a delightful highlight. The catering staff organized a flawless event.
Elevator wait times on the higher floors were a great way to end my trip , with patience.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton with stunning views of both the US and Canadian Falls from our King Falls View Room. the location was perfect, with easy access to the casino and restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. the room was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the whirlpool. the Spyce lounge offered great food options for vegetarians/vegans, and the entertainment was fantastic. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊

My friends and I had a blast on a tour around Niagara with VIP access, picking us up right at the hotel. We checked out Fallsview Casino from the skywalk, where we enjoyed live shows, shopping, and gaming. It was lit!
Wish there was a teen-friendly lounge with cool vibes and music, where we could hang out without buying anything.

My kids wished for more family, friendly activities on, site.

Located within walking distance to the falls and popular attractions. The ice cream shop in the hotel was handy for late, night snacks. Check, in and check, out were smooth, thanks to the polite and helpful front desk staff.
Dusty room with dirty bathroom door and inconsistent parking rates. Pool reservations required, leading to overcrowding.

I was able to get an early check-in for a wedding at 2:45pm, thanks to the helpful staff. The parking staff also assisted with unloading, making our stay hassle-free. The location near the venue and shops was convenient. I'll recommend this hotel.

Despite the ongoing renovations, my stay at this hotel was a much-needed little getaway. The beds were perfect, providing a comfortable night's sleep with plenty of pillows. I loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the beautiful falls and the main strip. Although the pool was closed, the Starbucks on-site was a nice touch. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi in rooms and the 24-hour reception. it was a pleasant stay, considering the circumstances.
The unexpected visit from a cleaning person at 9 am without any warning was quite unprofessional and invasive.
